My trip to Florida April 2026

 


This is the view from where I was. 

I was in Miami, Florida from April 16-23. I was there to visit my brother Jared and his girlfriend Abbie who live in that area. I had a pretty great time there. 


My flight from Newark to Miami was in the evening. My father was with me at the time and he was on the plane with me. When we landed in Miami, Florida it was late in the evening. It was around 11:22 pm. When we went to my father's apartment, I got changed into my pajamas and went to bed. 

The day after which was April 17, we went to the beach as well as the pool. There was a walking trail that me and my dad went to. During our time at the beach, it was low tide. I enjoyed it very much and it was beautiful.


This is the ocean in Florida. 


Another thing I enjoyed was the Bal Harbor Shops, It is a mall in the Miami area. Me and my father walked around there and went into some stores. We also ate at two restaurants during our time there. One is called Hillstone, which is a bar and grill and one is called Makato which is an Asian restaurant. Me, my father, my brother Jared and his girlfriend Abbie went to a seafood restaurant called Yaya. I had the prawns and they were so fresh! The seafood was delicious and fresh and it was just from the ocean!



This restaurant is really amazing! 
 
I was also very active during my trip. I took water aerobics and I went to the gym.

I was very happy to do these things. I was on the treadmill and I did some weights as well. 

I stayed at my brother Jared's apartment for one night. Before I went there, me, my father, my brother Jared and his girlfriend Abbie went to a restaurant for dinner called Walrus Rodeo. It is a place that serves pizza. It was so yummy! I even had a flatbread with bone marrow on the side to put on it. It was my first time trying bone marrow. It was like butter. 

In the morning, me and my brother went to Margaret Place park to go walking. We went to the Venetian Bridge to walk and see the view. The Venetian Bridge was beautiful and stunning! 

The Venetian Bridge was brilliant! 

I even sang karaoke at Sweet Caroline's and I had fun! I sang Ironic by Alanis Morissette and Here I Go Again by White-Snake. I did pretty good during my time singing. 


April 23rd I packed some of my things and I went back home to New Jersey. It was a fun and amazing trip. I loved it and I hope to go back again this summer. Have any of you been to Florida? If so, What part of Florida did you guys go to?

   On Wednesday, September 17th, I saw the Long Walk at the AMC in West Orange. It was based on a novel written by Stephen King. Many of his works were turned into movies and TV Shows.  It was about the United Sates being taken over by a military regime. A second Civil War has happened and the US is in ruins.  The leader of the regime is called the Major. It is unknown about what is real name is. Every year e runs event called the Long walk. Many teenage boys are selected at random to participate. The young people start at the Canadian border for the Long Walk. Ray Garraty was one of these boys that was selected. He meets the other people such as Richard Harkness, Peter McVires, Arthur Baker, Hank Olsen, Collie Parker, etc. Ray and Peter form a close bond. The Major gives the young men water and rations. My trip to Miami Florida

I was in Miami, Florida for Father's Day weekend. I was there from June 13-16.  I had an early morning flight from Newark International Airport to Miami International Airport on June 13. When I landed in Miami, Florida, I was astounded. I was  astounded by the palm trees as well as the warm weather. My dad was on the plane with me from NJ to FL.  My dad rented a condo in Miami, Florida and we stayed there. We went to the beach and the pool to go swimming. The water was warm when I was swimming in the ocean. We went for a walk one time and we saw the boats there. The boats were huge!   Me and my dad went out to dinner as well. On Friday night we went out to Carpaccio which is an Italian restaurant in Bal Harbour, Florida. It was so good! We had a Caesar salad as well as fried calamari to start with for an appetizer. My beach vacation in Long Beach Island, New Jersey

  Summer 2025 was great. I was in Long Beach Island, NJ from July 25-August 1 2025. It was me, my mom, my dog Harley, my sister, my brother and his girlfriend. We rented a beach home at North Beach in LBI. It was right by Harvey Cedars. It also had beach access and we went to the beach to swim in the ocean.  We did a lot of amazing things in LBI. Me, my dog Harley and my mom went to Sunset Park in Harvey Cedars. We also saw sunsets there. It was breathtaking! Me, Jared, Abbie and Jaime went mini golfing in Jen's Link's. It is a mini golf place in Barnaget Light. It is a big mini golf corse and we had fun.  We even went out to dinner at the Black Whale seafood restaurant. It is a popular seafood spot in Beach Haven. Me, my mom, my brother and his girlfriend went. I had some lobster there and it was so fresh!  After dinner, we went to Fantasy Island.
