Easter train ride at the Whippany Railway Museum
This past March 29th I was at the Whippany Railway Museum with some friends of mine. We were there for an Easter Bunny train ride. My friend Peter works at the Whippany Railway Museum, he is the train conductor for the train excursions like the one I went on.
First we had to get our tickets up front at the ticket stand. After we paid for our tickets, we had to wait for our train. The Easter Bunny train was at 4:00 pm. After me and my friends got on the train, we got to our respective seats.
During our train ride, we saw many sights. We saw where a paper mill once stood. It is closed down. It was called the Hanover Paper Mill. It is no longer with us. Now it is wooded land.
We even saw the Easter bunny on the train! He was on the train during our excursion. We said hello to him and we took pictures of him. It was amazing! We had a lot of fun.
After we got back to the Whippany Railway Museum, we decided to have dinner at the East Hanover Diner. The East Hanover Diner is located in East Hanover, NJ. All of that fun was making me and my friends hungry.
I got a bacon cheeseburger with Swiss cheese. It was really good!
After I paid for my meal, I took an Uber home. I had a long fun day. Have you ever been to the Whippany Railway Museum before? If so, comment below.
